MacroAlpha is more than a video archive and more than a chatbot. It connects the portfolio, ordered video playlists, the Buddhist knowledge base, canonical texts, ebooks, a focused reader, and AI conversation into one learning system. You can watch or read first, ask at the exact point where a question arises, then save, share, or continue the discussion in the MacroAlpha App.

This guide uses desktop Chrome as its reference. Phones and tablets support the same core experience, although some controls move into compact menus on smaller screens.

1. Know the two connected entrances

MacroAlpha has two entrances that work together:

• Public website: https://macroalpha.io/ — browse published work, watch videos, read canonical texts and knowledge pages, use the Reader, and ask AI about the page in front of you.
• MacroAlpha App: https://app.macroalpha.io/ — hold long-running conversations, manage history, choose specialist assistants, upload files, read messages, and manage subscription and credits.

The shortest explanation is: the public website helps you choose what to read or watch; the App helps you keep thinking and asking about it. They are not separate products. Together they form one learning path.

2. A good first visit

1. Open https://macroalpha.io/ and choose the Portfolio, LLMwiki, Canon, or Playlist according to what interests you.
2. Public material opens immediately. Sign in when a page requires an active membership.
3. While reading or watching, use “Ask AI” to open the page-aware conversation panel.
4. When a subject deserves sustained study, continue it in the App and return to the same conversation later.

MacroAlpha AI supports learning and reflection. It is not a Buddhist master and does not replace primary texts, reliable sources, or a qualified human teacher. Important claims should still be checked against the page, its citations, and the original text.

3. Portfolio: a searchable archive of published work

Open the Portfolio at https://macroalpha.io/archive/.

Unlike a chronological social-video feed, each Portfolio page gathers the video, transcript, subtitles, scene images, related essay, and learning actions in one place.

Search by more than a title

The search box accepts title words, Buddhist and philosophical concepts, a YouTube Video ID or complete YouTube URL, and a Bilibili BV number or share URL. If all you saved was a video link, paste it into Portfolio search to locate the matching MacroAlpha page.

Filter by series

The Portfolio groups work into series such as Current Affairs, Modern Buddhism, AI and Consciousness, Buddhist History and Practice, Practice Stories, Buddhist Readings of Classics, Science and Philosophy, Stoic Practice, and Members Deep Dive. Select the visible filter, or use the numbered shortcuts shown on the page. 0 returns to the complete archive.

What a work page contains

A work page normally provides the site video player, available subtitles, full transcript, supporting resources, YouTube and Bilibili links, the related blog post, sharing, playlist playback, Reader, deeper conversation, comments, and page-aware AI.

Public work needs no account. If your account has the required membership, protected work opens inside MacroAlpha without a second purchase on another platform.

4. Playlist: watch a complete series in order

Open Video Playlists at https://macroalpha.io/playlist/.

Portfolio is best when you know the episode you want. Playlist is best when you want to begin with episode one and continue in order. Inside a playlist you can browse every episode, move to the previous or next one, open the corresponding work page, choose available subtitles, and resume from where you left off.

For systematic study, the ordered playlist is usually more useful than a recommendation feed scattered across platforms.

5. Read along with the video

When a work has timed subtitles, the video and transcript can become one synchronized lesson. As playback reaches a sentence, the corresponding transcript line is highlighted. “Follow reading” keeps that line in view as playback advances.

Use this mode to pause on an important sentence, read its context, select the passage and ask the page AI, compare Chinese and English subtitles, or treat the transcript as a searchable lecture note. Turn follow mode off when you want to browse freely. Pausing the video also holds the current highlight in place.

6. Page AI: ask without leaving the text

Work pages, knowledge pages, canon pages, and supported reading pages can open the AI panel on the right. Its defining advantage over an ordinary blank chat is simple: it knows which page you are reading.

Use a suggested question or ask your own: What is the page's central judgment? How does this relate to daily practice? What is most easily misunderstood? How should I understand the passage I selected?

Ask with selected passages

Select a passage and send it to the AI panel. You can collect several related passages and ask about them together. This is more precise than copying an entire page and removes irrelevant context.

Remove an accidental quote from its quote card, or copy it when you need to keep it. Source quotation and AI explanation remain visibly distinct: a generated explanation must never masquerade as the original text.

Save and share a useful discussion

After a page conversation, MacroAlpha can create a concise title and summary. You can publish a share page, copy its URL or QR code, add the discussion summary to the page comments, or continue the full session in the App. A public share exposes that chosen discussion, not your account or unrelated conversation history.

7. The Chat App: long-running conversation and specialist assistants

Open the App at https://app.macroalpha.io/.

The sidebar brings together New Conversation, History, Personas, LLMwiki, Messages, Subscription & Credits, and links back to Portfolio, Ebooks, Blog, and Video Playlists.

New and continuing conversations

Ask directly or upload supported images, text, PDF, or audio according to the limits shown in the interface. When you study a topic over time, resume its prior conversation instead of explaining the same background again. Page AI also retains recoverable history for the same work, knowledge page, or canon text.

Specialist assistants

A specialist assistant changes more than its name. Each one has a defined knowledge scope, working style, and default model. The available library includes system assistants, canon- and treatise-specific assistants, Leo Wang Press ebook assistants, and assistants you create yourself.

Canon assistants prioritize the matching primary text and can also consult MacroAlpha's official knowledge graph and stable methodology. Modern MacroAlpha interpretation must be labeled as interpretation, never presented as a quotation from scripture.

Messages and support

Use Messages to report a bug, ask for help, or suggest content. Include a screenshot, browser, and reproducible steps whenever possible. AI model calls consume credits according to real compute usage; public works, free knowledge pages, and free canon text do not become paywalled simply because you have not purchased AI compute.

8. Reader: turn a web page into your own book page

Choose “Read” on a supported work, knowledge page, canon text, or ebook. Reader lets you adjust text size, line and paragraph spacing, page width, background, text color, and the split between reading and AI.

Long content is paginated for the current viewport and typography instead of becoming one endless scroll. Moving past the last page of a chapter loads the next chapter automatically; the chapter menu remains available for a larger jump. The right-hand AI stays tied to the current content. Close it for a full-width page, then reopen it and continue the same page conversation.

9. Canon: free primary texts with dedicated assistants

Open Canon at https://macroalpha.io/canon/.

Each canon page aims to provide traceable source and revision information, readable fascicles and paragraphs, Reader mode, the matching specialist assistant, page AI, and discussion. Canon text remains free. Only the compute used by a chosen AI model costs credits. Use the source and licensing section whenever you need to verify the fixed original edition.

10. The knowledge Wiki: move from one concept into a knowledge network

Open the knowledge base at https://macroalpha.io/wiki/.

LLMwiki covers Buddhist ideas, consciousness, philosophy, practice methods, and concepts recurring across MacroAlpha's work. A page may include explanation, summary, tables, relationship diagrams, flowcharts, related pages, notes and sources, Reader, sharing, and page AI.

Diagrams can be opened, zoomed, and panned when they exceed the screen. Ordinary knowledge pages also allow text-size adjustment, so comfortable reading does not always require Reader mode.

11. Ebooks: read, then decide whether to buy or discuss

Open the MacroAlpha ebook shelf at https://macroalpha.io/ebook/.

Browse the catalog, open a book page, and read online when your membership includes that edition. The Reader's AI can answer about the current chapter, and the next-page action crosses into the next chapter without sending you back to the table of contents.

If a book is outside your current entitlement, the page provides its purchase route. The purchase covers the official ebook or reading entitlement; AI conversation remains separately metered by the model you choose.

12. Zen Music: a quiet layer behind study

Open Zen Music at https://macroalpha.io/zen-music/.

The App also provides a compact background player. Keep it running while reading, writing notes, or talking with AI. Expand the track list, move backward or forward, pause, resume, or skip without staying on the music page.

13. Shortcuts: read the hint beside the control

Many MacroAlpha controls show their shortcut in parentheses and repeat it in the hover title. Shortcuts are contextual, so the on-screen hint is the authoritative answer.

Common patterns include P for Portfolio, W for Wiki, C for Canon, V for Video Playlists, M for Zen Music, E for Ebooks, R for Reader, A for Ask AI, and S for Share. N can mean New Conversation or Next depending on the current page. Esc first leaves an input, dialog, or mode, then steps outward. In Reader, left and right move between pages; up and down or + / - change text size.

When the caret is inside an input field, letter keys type normally instead of triggering page actions. Press Esc once to leave the input before using a shortcut. An uppercase shortcut usually means holding Shift.

14. Practical routes through the product

1. Find one known video: paste its YouTube or Bilibili link into Portfolio search.
2. Study a whole series: open Video Playlists and begin at episode one.
3. Investigate a concept: start in LLMwiki and follow related knowledge pages.
4. Study a work line by line: pause its video, select the transcript, and ask page AI.
5. Study one book or canon text over time: use Reader and resume that page's previous conversation.
6. A shortcut does nothing: check whether the caret is still inside an input, then read the visible hint.
7. Member content remains locked: confirm you signed in with the account that owns the membership and inspect its subscription state.
8. Report a problem: send a screenshot and reproducible steps through App → Messages → Contact us.

MacroAlpha works best as a complete loop rather than a one-off question:

Find the material → read or watch → mark the important passage → ask AI → verify against the source → save the conversation → continue next time.

When published work, primary texts, knowledge pages, and your own questions share one path, AI becomes more than an answer box. It can become a personalized companion that remembers where your learning is going.

简单理解：内容官网负责“读什么、看什么”，聊天 App 负责“围绕这些内容继续想什么、问什么”。 两边不是两套割裂的产品，而是一条连续的学习路径。

二、第一次使用，建议这样开始

1. 打开 https://macroalpha.io/，先从作品集、知识库、经论或视频合集进入自己感兴趣的内容。
2. 免费公开内容可以直接阅读；需要会员权限的内容，请先登录自己的 MacroAlpha 账户。
3. 在页面上阅读或观看时，遇到疑问可以点击“询问 AI”或打开右侧 AI 对话栏。
4. 如果希望持续积累一条长期会话，再进入聊天 App，在历史会话中继续讨论。

这里持续收录 MacroAlpha 已公开的作品。与在视频平台按时间线翻找不同，作品集会把视频、文字稿、字幕、场景图片、博客文章和相关学习入口集中在同一页。

搜索不只支持标题

你可以在搜索框中输入标题或关键词、佛学或哲学概念、YouTube Video ID 或完整链接、哔哩哔哩 BV 号或完整分享链接。即使你只保存了一个视频链接，也可以直接粘贴进作品集搜索框，快速找到官网中的对应作品页。

按系列筛选

作品集按内容系列分类，例如社会热点、现代佛学解读、AI、意识和哲思、顺着佛法的脉络修行、修行的故事、佛学解构名著、科学解答困惑、斯多葛修行录和会员深水区。页面上的系列标签可以直接点击。支持数字快捷键的页面，也可以按 1–9 快速切换相应系列，按 0 返回全部内容；实际编号以页面当前显示为准。

一张作品页里有什么

进入单篇作品后，通常可以看到：站内视频播放器、中英文字幕、完整文字稿、场景图片或相关资料、YouTube 与哔哩哔哩及同步博客入口，以及分享、加入合集播放、阅读、深聊、评论区和页面 AI。

免费作品无需登录即可观看和阅读。会员作品在账户具备有效权限后，可直接在 MacroAlpha 内观看，不需要在其他平台重复购买同一项内容。

四、视频合集：按顺序看完整系列

视频合集位于：https://macroalpha.io/playlist/

作品集适合搜索某一期内容；视频合集更适合从第一集开始，按系列顺序连续观看。进入某个合集后，可以查看全部分集、使用上一集和下一集连续播放、回到作品页查看文字稿与资料、切换可用字幕，并记录上次观看位置。

如果你正在系统学习某一个主题，建议优先使用合集，而不是在不同平台的推荐流里零散观看。

五、边看边读：让文字稿跟随视频

在支持时间轴字幕的作品页中，视频和文字稿可以形成一条同步学习路径：播放到某句话时，文字稿中的对应段落会被突出显示；开启“跟随阅读”后，正文会随着播放进度自动移动，让当前句始终保持在视野内。

这种模式适合听到关键句时暂停并阅读上下文、选中当前句向右侧 AI 提问、对照中英文字幕理解概念，以及一边看视频一边把内容当成可检索的讲义。需要自己浏览其他段落时，可以关闭跟随阅读；按空格暂停视频后，当前高亮也会停在对应位置。

六、页面 AI：不离开正文，围绕当前内容提问

作品页、知识页、经论页和部分阅读页都可以打开右侧 AI 对话栏。它与普通聊天最大的区别是：它知道你正在阅读哪一页。

你可以直接使用页面提供的建议问题，也可以自己输入，例如：“这一页最重要的判断是什么？”“这个观点和日常修行有什么关系？”“哪些地方最容易被误解？”或“请结合我选中的这一段解释。”

选中正文再提问

用鼠标选中正文后，可以把选中的内容送入 AI 对话栏。多个相关片段还可以叠加保存，再围绕这一组材料提问。这比把整页复制进聊天框更精确，也能减少上下文噪声。

如果选错了内容，可以在引用卡片上移除；需要留存时，可以复制引用。页面上的引用、回答和讨论都应区分清楚：引用来自原页面，AI 回答是围绕引用生成的解释，不应互相冒充。

保存与分享讨论

一段页面对话完成后，可以生成简洁标题和摘要，再生成公开分享页、复制分享链接或二维码、把讨论摘要加入当前页面评论，或回到聊天 App 在完整会话中继续。公开分享的是这次对话，不会公开你的整个账户或其他历史会话。

七、聊天 App：管理长期对话与专职助理

聊天 App 位于：https://app.macroalpha.io/

主界面左侧集中放置了常用入口：新会话、历史会话、专职助理、知识库 Wiki、消息、订阅与积分，以及作品集、电子书、博客文章和视频合集等内容入口。

新会话与历史会话

你可以直接输入问题，也可以按界面提示上传图片、文本、PDF、音频等资料。长期学习一个主题时，不必每次重新解释背景；在历史会话中找到原讨论继续即可。页面 AI 也会按当前页面保留可恢复的历史讨论，方便下一次阅读同一作品、知识页或经论时接着问。

专职助理

专职助理不是简单换一个名字，而是为不同任务配置不同的知识范围、表达方式和默认模型。当前通常包括系统内置助理、经书或论著专职助理、王利杰电子书专职助理，以及用户自己创建的专职助理。

经论助理会优先依据对应经文原文回答，同时参考 MacroAlpha 的官方知识库和稳定方法论；如果内容只是 MacroAlpha 的现代解读，应该明确标示为解读，不能冒充经文原句。

消息与联系我们

遇到 bug、使用问题或内容建议，可以在“消息”里联系团队。建议附上截图、浏览器和操作步骤，这比只说“不能用”更容易复现。AI 模型调用会按实际计算消耗积分；官网中的免费作品、免费知识页和免费经论正文，不会因为你没有购买 AI 计算服务而被锁住。

八、阅读器：把网页变成适合自己的书页

在作品、知识页、经论和支持在线阅读的电子书中，点击“阅读”即可进入专用 Reader。Reader 可以调整字号、行距、段间距、页面宽度、深浅背景主题、正文字色，以及左侧正文与右侧 AI 的宽度比例。

长篇内容会按当前窗口、字号和排版设置分页，而不是让你在一条无限长的页面里持续下滑。左右翻页时，系统会在章节结束后继续加载下一章节；章节目录适合跨章节跳转。右侧 AI 仍围绕当前页面工作，可以边读边问，也可以关闭 AI 让正文占满屏幕。

九、经论：免费阅读全文，并连接专职助理

经论入口位于：https://macroalpha.io/canon/

每部经论页面会尽量提供可追溯的原文与来源版本、适合网页阅读的分卷分段与分页、Reader、当前经论的专职助理、页面 AI 和评论区。

经论正文永久免费。AI 问答收费的是所选模型实际产生的计算成本，而不是经文本身。阅读时应留意来源与授权区，必要时回到固定来源版本核对原文。

十、知识库 Wiki：从一个概念走进知识网络

知识库位于：https://macroalpha.io/wiki/

它适合查询佛学、意识、哲学、修行方法，以及 MacroAlpha 内容中反复出现的概念。页面可能包含概念解释、摘要、表格、关系图、流程图、相关知识页、来源与注释、Reader、分享和页面 AI。

流程图或图片进入查看模式后，可以缩放并拖动，便于检查超出屏幕的部分。普通页面也可以调整正文字号，不进入 Reader 仍能获得舒适的阅读尺寸。

十一、电子书：先读，再决定是否购买或深聊

在 MacroAlpha 中可以查看电子书目录、进入单书页面，并在具备相应权益时在线阅读正文。阅读时可以打开 AI 针对当前章节提问；章节结束后可直接进入下一章，不必反复回到目录。

如果一本书尚未包含在你的会员权益中，页面会提供购买入口。购买的是正式电子书或相应阅读权益；AI 对话仍按所选模型的计算消耗单独计费。

十二、神宫禅音：学习时保持一条安静的背景声

禅音入口位于：https://macroalpha.io/zen-music/

聊天 App 左下角也有简洁的背景音乐播放器，适合在阅读、写笔记或对话时持续播放。可以展开曲目列表、切换上一首或下一首、暂停、继续或跳过，不需要一直停留在音乐页面。

十三、快捷键：先看按钮旁的小括号

MacroAlpha 的许多按钮会在文字旁用小括号标出快捷键，鼠标悬停时也会显示提示。快捷键会跟随当前页面语境变化，所以最可靠的规则是：以当前页面按钮旁的提示为准。

常见逻辑包括：P 作品集、W 知识库、C 经论、V 视频合集、M 神宫禅音、E 电子书、R 阅读、A 询问 AI、S 分享。N 可能代表新会话或下一项，取决于当前页面；Esc 会先退出当前输入框、弹窗或模式，再逐层返回。阅读器中的左右方向键用于翻页，上下方向键或 + / - 用于调整字号。

如果光标正在输入框内，普通字母会被当成输入内容，不会触发页面快捷键。先按一次 Esc 退出输入状态，再使用快捷键。大写字母通常表示需要同时按 Shift。

十四、几条实用建议

1. 想找某一期视频：优先去作品集，直接粘贴 YouTube 或哔哩哔哩链接。
2. 想系统追一个系列：进入视频合集，从第一集开始连续观看。
3. 想研究一个概念：先查知识库 Wiki，再沿相关知识页继续阅读。
4. 想逐句研究一篇内容：打开作品页，暂停视频，选中文字后询问页面 AI。
5. 想长期学习一本书或一部经：使用 Reader，并恢复这个页面此前的 AI 会话。
6. 快捷键没反应：检查光标是否仍在输入框，或查看按钮旁当前显示的快捷键。
7. 会员内容未解锁：确认登录的是购买订阅时使用的同一个账户，并检查订阅状态。
8. 发现问题：通过 App 的“消息 → 联系我们”提交截图和复现步骤。

這種模式適合聽到關鍵句時暫停並閱讀上下文、選中當前句向右側 AI 提問、對照中英文字幕理解概念，以及一邊看視頻一邊把內容當成可檢索的講義。需要自己瀏覽其他段落時，可以關閉跟隨閱讀；按空格暫停視頻後，當前高亮也會停在對應位置。

六、頁面 AI：不離開正文，圍繞當前內容提問

作品頁、知識頁、經論頁和部分閱讀頁都可以打開右側 AI 對話欄。它與普通聊天最大的區別是：它知道你正在閱讀哪一頁。

你可以直接使用頁面提供的建議問題，也可以自己輸入，例如：“這一頁最重要的判斷是什麼？”“這個觀點和日常修行有什麼關係？”“哪些地方最容易被誤解？”或“請結合我選中的這一段解釋。”

選中正文再提問

用鼠標選中正文後，可以把選中的內容送入 AI 對話欄。多個相關片段還可以疊加保存，再圍繞這一組材料提問。這比把整頁複製進聊天框更精確，也能減少上下文噪聲。

如果選錯了內容，可以在引用卡片上移除；需要留存時，可以複製引用。頁面上的引用、回答和討論都應區分清楚：引用來自原頁面，AI 回答是圍繞引用生成的解釋，不應互相冒充。

保存與分享討論

一段頁面對話完成後，可以生成簡潔標題和摘要，再生成公開分享頁、複製分享鏈接或二維碼、把討論摘要加入當前頁面評論，或回到聊天 App 在完整會話中繼續。公開分享的是這次對話，不會公開你的整個賬戶或其他歷史會話。

七、聊天 App：管理長期對話與專職助理

聊天 App 位於：https://app.macroalpha.io/

主界面左側集中放置了常用入口：新會話、歷史會話、專職助理、知識庫 Wiki、消息、訂閱與積分，以及作品集、電子書、博客文章和視頻合集等內容入口。

新會話與歷史會話

你可以直接輸入問題，也可以按界面提示上傳圖片、文本、PDF、音頻等資料。長期學習一個主題時，不必每次重新解釋背景；在歷史會話中找到原討論繼續即可。頁面 AI 也會按當前頁面保留可恢復的歷史討論，方便下一次閱讀同一作品、知識頁或經論時接著問。

專職助理

專職助理不是簡單換一個名字，而是為不同任務配置不同的知識範圍、表達方式和默認模型。當前通常包括系統內置助理、經書或論著專職助理、王利傑電子書專職助理，以及用戶自己創建的專職助理。

經論助理會優先依據對應經文原文回答，同時參考 MacroAlpha 的官方知識庫和穩定方法論；如果內容只是 MacroAlpha 的現代解讀，應該明確標示為解讀，不能冒充經文原句。

消息與聯繫我們

遇到 bug、使用問題或內容建議，可以在“消息”裡聯繫團隊。建議附上截圖、瀏覽器和操作步驟，這比只說“不能用”更容易復現。AI 模型調用會按實際計算消耗積分；官網中的免費作品、免費知識頁和免費經論正文，不會因為你沒有購買 AI 計算服務而被鎖住。

八、閱讀器：把網頁變成適合自己的書頁

在作品、知識頁、經論和支持在線閱讀的電子書中，點擊“閱讀”即可進入專用 Reader。Reader 可以調整字號、行距、段間距、頁面寬度、深淺背景主題、正文字色，以及左側正文與右側 AI 的寬度比例。

長篇內容會按當前窗口、字號和排版設置分頁，而不是讓你在一條無限長的頁面裡持續下滑。左右翻頁時，系統會在章節結束後繼續加載下一章節；章節目錄適合跨章節跳轉。右側 AI 仍圍繞當前頁面工作，可以邊讀邊問，也可以關閉 AI 讓正文佔滿屏幕。

九、經論：免費閱讀全文，並連接專職助理

經論入口位於：https://macroalpha.io/canon/

每部經論頁面會盡量提供可追溯的原文與來源版本、適合網頁閱讀的分卷分段與分頁、Reader、當前經論的專職助理、頁面 AI 和評論區。

經論正文永久免費。AI 問答收費的是所選模型實際產生的計算成本，而不是經文本身。閱讀時應留意來源與授權區，必要時回到固定來源版本核對原文。

十、知識庫 Wiki：從一個概念走進知識網絡

知識庫位於：https://macroalpha.io/wiki/

它適合查詢佛學、意識、哲學、修行方法，以及 MacroAlpha 內容中反覆出現的概念。頁面可能包含概念解釋、摘要、表格、關係圖、流程圖、相關知識頁、來源與註釋、Reader、分享和頁面 AI。

流程圖或圖片進入查看模式後，可以縮放並拖動，便於檢查超出屏幕的部分。普通頁面也可以調整正文字號，不進入 Reader 仍能獲得舒適的閱讀尺寸。

十一、電子書：先讀，再決定是否購買或深聊

在 MacroAlpha 中可以查看電子書目錄、進入單書頁面，並在具備相應權益時在線閱讀正文。閱讀時可以打開 AI 針對當前章節提問；章節結束後可直接進入下一章，不必反覆回到目錄。

如果一本書尚未包含在你的會員權益中，頁面會提供購買入口。購買的是正式電子書或相應閱讀權益；AI 對話仍按所選模型的計算消耗單獨計費。

十二、神宮禪音：學習時保持一條安靜的背景聲

禪音入口位於：https://macroalpha.io/zen-music/

聊天 App 左下角也有簡潔的背景音樂播放器，適合在閱讀、寫筆記或對話時持續播放。可以展開曲目列表、切換上一首或下一首、暫停、繼續或跳過，不需要一直停留在音樂頁面。

十三、快捷鍵：先看按鈕旁的小括號

MacroAlpha 的許多按鈕會在文字旁用小括號標出快捷鍵，鼠標懸停時也會顯示提示。快捷鍵會跟隨當前頁面語境變化，所以最可靠的規則是：以當前頁面按鈕旁的提示為準。

常見邏輯包括：P 作品集、W 知識庫、C 經論、V 視頻合集、M 神宮禪音、E 電子書、R 閱讀、A 詢問 AI、S 分享。N 可能代表新會話或下一項，取決於當前頁面；Esc 會先退出當前輸入框、彈窗或模式，再逐層返回。閱讀器中的左右方向鍵用於翻頁，上下方向鍵或 + / - 用於調整字號。

如果光標正在輸入框內，普通字母會被當成輸入內容，不會觸發頁面快捷鍵。先按一次 Esc 退出輸入狀態，再使用快捷鍵。大寫字母通常表示需要同時按 Shift。

十四、幾條實用建議

1. 想找某一期視頻：優先去作品集，直接粘貼 YouTube 或嗶哩嗶哩鏈接。
2. 想系統追一個系列：進入視頻合集，從第一集開始連續觀看。
3. 想研究一個概念：先查知識庫 Wiki，再沿相關知識頁繼續閱讀。
4. 想逐句研究一篇內容：打開作品頁，暫停視頻，選中文字後詢問頁面 AI。
5. 想長期學習一本書或一部經：使用 Reader，並恢復這個頁面此前的 AI 會話。
6. 快捷鍵沒反應：檢查光標是否仍在輸入框，或查看按鈕旁當前顯示的快捷鍵。
7. 會員內容未解鎖：確認登錄的是購買訂閱時使用的同一個賬戶，並檢查訂閱狀態。
8. 發現問題：通過 App 的“消息 → 聯繫我們”提交截圖和復現步驟。

MacroAlpha 最適合的使用方式，不是打開後隨便問一個問題就離開，而是完成一條閉環：

找到內容 → 閱讀或觀看 → 標出關鍵處 → 向 AI 提問 → 回到原文核對 → 保存會話 → 下次繼續。

當作品、經典、知識頁和自己的問題被放在同一條學習路徑裡，AI 才不只是回答問題的工具，而會逐漸變成一位真正瞭解你學習進度的個性化伴侶。
